Terms and Conditions

1.  Membership should not be transferred. Accumulated room nights and points are valid for the member only. Members are allowed to book rooms for families and friends up to a maximum three rooms each time.

2.  Earn extra points when you introduce a new member who enrolls in a membership successfully.

3.  All discounts are based on the best available rate on the Oak Chateau Group website.

4. Members will not be entitled to get membership benefits and accumulative room nights through travel agencies, OTA or third-party booking. For example: Ctrip, Elong and so on.

5. Membership benefits are subject to availability at the Hotel.

6. After check out, Room nights will be accumulated to the members’ account within three working days.

7.  Membership offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Cancellation

Oak Chateau has the right to cancel membership or to declare that rooms nights accumulated are invalidated:

1.  Members who provide false statements in the application information or who use their accounts improperly;

2.  Member value-added services that violate any country or local laws and regulations.

3.  Members who default of properties payment.

4.  Members who cause fraud or abuse involving any of the contents of Oak Chateau.

5.  Members who carry out physical, verbal or written injury to Oak Chateau employees.

6.  Members who cause any other forms of damage to the premises at Oak Chateau.

Others

1.  All member notifications will be sent to the mobile phone number or e-mail address provided at the time of registration.

2.  Member's personal information is important for membership identification and membership benefits. Be sure to provide real and accurate personal information. If the member information is untrue and inaccurate, it will result in the inability to enjoy membership or loss of membership. Members agree that Oak Chateau will use the personal information provided by the Member in a legal manner in connection with the provision of membership services.

3. Membership policy is owned by Oak Chateau. To the extent permitted by law, the terms and conditions of membership policy may be modified or supplemented and published at the Oak Chateau official website.
