Dalian is the window and largest port city open to the outside world in northeast China and a rare seaside resort in the northeast. Dalian has an excellent environment and the climate is cold in winter and no summer heat. It has the titles of "Northeast Window", "Pearl of North China" and "Romance Capital". It has won such honors as International Garden City and China's Best Tourism City.
