In 2005, Colony Capital LLC, Shanghai
Industrial and Shanghai Topspur jointly initiated the strategic investment fund
to acquire the Block D of Ocean Express developed by Sino-Ocean Land Real
Estate Investment Company, which formed the prototype of Oak Chateau.
In 2007 Colony Capital LLC acquired
the Ambassy Court alone, a Beijing CBD project, since then Oak Chateau marched
towards a professional service apartment operator.

Shanghai Yangshi Yuanxin Property Management Co., Ltd. started the operation of
